AIR FREIGHT

Air Express Shipping to Canada

Here's a truth most forwarders won't put on a product page: not every shipment to Canada needs to be a 6-day rush. If you're restocking a product that's already selling steadily, sending a sample to a Canadian distributor, or moving a B2B order that doesn't have an Amazon appointment tied to it, paying for the fastest air-express tier is just burning margin.
Our standard air express shipping to Canada product is that middle option — the one we book when the deadline is "sometime in the next two weeks" rather than "before Prime Day." Same CBSA experience, same DG handling, same DDP/DDU flexibility as our faster Canada lane, but with an 8–10 business day door-to-door clock and a lower price to match.

What the numbers look like

  • Transit time: 8–10 business days door-to-door to Canadian metro areas — Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton. The remote territories (Yukon, NWT, Nunavut) add 2–3 days, and we'll flag that on the quote.
  • Dispatch: cargo picked up from your supplier and dispatched within 4 working days of booking confirmation.
  • Mode: air main haul + express last mile via UPS, FedEx Canada, or DHL Canada, depending on the commodity and the delivery address.
  • Commodities: general non-dangerous goods plus dangerous goods — lithium batteries, small chemical shipments, UN-classified cargo — handled with the same DG paperwork standards as our faster lane.

When to pick this tier (vs the 6–8 day rush)

We run two Canada air-express products on purpose, so you can match the speed to the actual deadline rather than paying for speed you don't need:
  • Pick this 8–10 day tier when: you're doing a steady-state FBA restock, sending samples to a Canadian distributor, moving a B2B production run, or you've already got 3–4 weeks of cover in the Amazon.ca warehouse.
  • Pick our 6–8 day rush tier when: your Amazon.ca appointment is already scheduled, you've got a product launch locked in, or a stockout would cost you real BSR ranking.
We'll show you both quotes side by side. We'd rather save you 20–30% on a non-urgent shipment than automatically book you the fastest option because it looks more impressive on a sales call.

What's the same as our faster Canada lane

Because this is still a Canada lane — not a generic "North America" route — the CBSA know-how doesn't get downgraded:
  • We handle the HS classification, GST/HST treatment, and low-value vs formal entry filing correctly the first time. A misclassified SKU that slides through a generic forwarder might get held at Toronto Pearson; we check it before the cargo leaves China.
  • We offer DDP for sellers who want a single landed cost and zero surprises at the border, and DDU for sellers already GST-registered with their own Canadian broker.
  • DG consultation is free before booking — if you're not sure whether your product is classified as dangerous, we'll tell you, rather than finding out at the airline cargo terminal.
  • Customized packaging and labeling, including Amazon.ca FBA prep (SKU, carton, and pallet labels).
  • 24/7 customer support for the time-zone overlap when something moves overnight.
  • Real-time tracking tied into the air waybill and the Canadian courier dispatch.
If your supplier can't export on their own papers, we can handle the export declaration and license piece. If you need product sourcing on the China side, we have a team for that too.

Who this tier is for

  • Amazon.ca and Walmart.ca sellers doing routine monthly restocks, not launch-day rushes.
  • B2B exporters sending samples or production runs to Canadian distributors on a normal lead time.
  • Cross-border e-commerce brands shipping direct-to-consumer parcels where the customer isn't paying for same-week delivery.
  • Sellers with DG products that need a cheaper-than-rush Canada lane without cutting corners on compliance.

How to book

Send us: the product and HS code (plus UN number if it's DG), the weight and CBM, the origin city, and the Canadian destination (FBA warehouse ID, commercial address, or residential). We'll come back with the 8–10 day standard quote, the 6–8 day rush quote, and a recommendation based on your actual deadline — not the deadline you think you should have.
If you've been paying rush-tier prices on Canada shipments that had nowhere to be for two weeks, send us your last invoice. We'll show you where the value tier was the right call all along.
