Introduction
Oriental Global has launched an oversized shipping service in the United States to receive oversized goods carried in containers, and supports door-to-door express delivery with double clearance and tax included in the United States.
Size restrictions for oversized special line products (the prerequisite is that a 40-foot cabinet can fit in it)）：
1. Length×width≤400CM×220CM
2. Height≤240CM
3. The length and width of any side must be s220CM
Receiving requirements：
1.The packaging of all oversized goods must be made of export-compliant materials. The pallets and wooden frames of solid wood packaging must be fumigated and authentic and effective fumigation certificates must be provided. Packaging methods and materials that do not meet the requirements must be rectified according to our company's requirements after entering the warehouse.；
2. Our company must inspect all oversized goods after they enter the warehouse. The export packaging materials are required to be plywood, plywood, plywood, etc., with hinges and feet, and the feet have edges. The wooden boxes need to be hinged (plying is not required). Inspection of goods in the hinge warehouse will incur operating fees) The thickness of the plywood should be greater than 1.2CM
3.Oversized cargo weighing more than 50KG or wooden boxes with any side exceeding 150CM are required to be palletized, and the footrest height is 210CM. The pallet must be open on all four sides to facilitate forklift loading and unloading.
4.All pallets must be open on all four sides so that a forklift can load and unload goods in all directions, and the clamping feet must be hemmed as much as possible.
5.Extra-long products that are too narrow in width and require wooden boxes and wooden frames that can only be placed vertically must be widened and reinforced. Prevent accidental injury or damage to goods due to collapse;
6.If the width of the wooden box exceeds 50CM, beams and columns need to be added. The distance between beams cannot exceed 40CM, the thickness of the board should be greater than 1.2CM, and the thickness of the cover should not be less than 1.5CM;
7.Oversized goods that cannot be opened after being packaged in wooden boxes must be signed with a shipping guarantee before they can be shipped. Please pack the wooden boxes yourself with hinges;
8.Goods deemed fragile by our company must be signed with a fragile guarantee before they can be shipped. International transportation is covered not only for loss but also for damage. It is recommended to purchase logistics insurance；
